And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

November 8th Work Day
We are planning a church work day on November 8th from 8:00 AM to Noon. We have several projects we hope to begin (and a couple to complete). Covenant UMC will be sending volunteers from their Servants On Site (SOS) teams to help us.
We hope to have enough volunteers to peel wallpaper off in the Fireplace Room, paint the Children's Ministry Gathering Room, and paint (or peel wallpaper) the Youth Room.
FIRST Sermon Series
(October 19th - November 16th)
For our annual stewardship campaign, we will be exploring how we put the "first things first". As the sub-title reminds us we are to be "putting God first in living and giving." There is a companion book to this series entitled "Shiny Gods" written by Michael Slaughter.
Worship at Hamilton Park
On Sunday, August 31, 2014, Trinity UMC worshipped with several neighborhood churches at Hamilton Park. The music was provided by a joint Praise Band from Anchor Community Church, New Zion Tebernacle, and Living Waters Evangelical Ministries. The message was given by Isaac Davies, pastor of Living Waters. The day finished with a potluck dinner. Other churches involved in the day included First Mennonite Church, North Highlands, Grace Presbyterian and Total Change Ministries.
Building and Sign Addtions (UPDATE)
You may have noticed some changes to the exterior of our building. We have recently added new signage and repainted the parking lot entrance. The graphics for the entrance are complete. We are grateful to the Mizpah Shrine for donating their old circus sign. We are putting it to good use. Thanks to everyone who gave to make these improvements necessary.
